NAYDO is committed to enhancing the professional education of individuals in the area of philanthropy. NAYDO has established a financial assistance program to assist in attending the annual NAYDO conference on YMCA Philanthropy.
Food/Beverage Events:
Special Meal Needs (Medically-Based): Specifics must be identified on your registration form by April 1 to be accommodated.
Event costs: Facility rental, mobile app access, internet access, online registration, participation in Philanthropy School Fundamentals, Master Class Series, Sponsor Showcase, General Sessions, Educational Workshops, Network Events, Hot Topics, Philanthropy Live! projects, AV, program, and production costs.
Spouse/Guest registration does NOT include access to educational workshops or Hot Topics but all else listed above.
NAYDO accepts Checks payable to NAYDO, ACH/Wire Transfers, and Credit Cards.
Credit card fees will added at checkout and are non-refundable.
$100 is the non-refundable portion of each registration.
Email info@naydo.org with the total number of spaces you would like to reserve. You will receive codes for names and email addresses to register spaces without names.
The real attendee names must be supplied by the January 30, 2027, registration deadline.

Cancellations cannot be done online. Notify the NAYDO Office, info@naydo.org, no later than April 8 to request a refund minus the $100 non-refundable portion.
Alternatives to Cancellation - Substitutions Allowed or Transfer to NAYDO 2028
Substitutions - Through April 8, you can process your own substitutions online. After that date, notify the NAYDO office of any substitutions. Substitutes must have activated their NAYDO Member Benefits. https://cvent.me/LRBklk

You can make substitutions at any time until April 6
AFTER April 6, contact info@naydo.org to make a substitution. Email addresses in system on April 6 will receive the email invite for mobile app access, so NAYDO needs to handle changes from April 6 on for that reason.
