At NAYDO, our mission is to inspire and strengthen the philanthropic culture of Ys. We do this through a myriad of educational opportunities throughout the year as well as our annual conference on philanthropy. Our intended impact is that all YMCAs embrace a culture of giving to develop and sustain abundant resources to meet their community needs.
Our goal is to have our educational efforts align with the goals of our Philanthropy Alliance members: Y-USA, Y-Canada, Y-Mexico and YMCA North American Network. Members of the NAYDO Council Impact Committee have identified topics in each educational track for priority consideration at each year's conference.
Have a success story you would like to share? Consider submitting a workshop idea through NAYDO's Call for Presentations process or send an email to NAYDO Operations and Conference Director Mary Zoller at email@example.com. if you would like to suggest a topic for one of the Educational Tracks but do not want to be a presenter yourself. Please choose the Educational Track that best fits your session. Preference will be given to workshops that address the identified topics in each of the track categories.
If you have questions please contact Educational Tracks Chair Alexis Lux, CFRE, YMCA of Oklahoma City at firstname.lastname@example.org or (405) 297-7753.
Presenters for the NAYDO Conference on YMCA Philanthropy are selected by the NAYDO Conference Planning Team based on recommendations from the conference track deans. Presenter selection takes place in July and presenters are notified by August 1 each year.
