Volunteer Opportunities

NAYDO is a volunteer-driven organization. Each year, 1 in 4 conference attendees volunteers in some capacity. The North American YMCA Development Organization is led by the NAYDO Council, comprised of staff at local YMCAs who volunteer their time.
