Travel Tips and Parking Details
Airport Transportation
Fly into St. Louis International Airport, about 30-45 minutes from downtown where all NAYDO hotels are located.
Take a ride share to and from your hotel. Approximate cost is $40 with fees and tip.
Shuttle Bus to and from Hyatt Regency St. Louis Arch | Sponsor: Daxko
NAYDO Hotels are adjacent to America’s Center and do not require transportation. They are a very short walk with one exception. The Hyatt Regency St. Louis Arch is 7 blocks. It is walkable, but NAYDO is providing a shuttle on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday for attendees staying at the Hyatt. Shuttle bus will run on a continuous loop starting at 7:30 am from the Hyatt with last departure from America’s Center at 6:00 pm on Wednesday and Thursday and last departure at 4:00 pm on Friday.
Parking Rates
Self-parking rates at most of NAYDO’s hotels are $35-$40 per night; valet parking is more costly. Contact your hotel for exact rates. The Magnolia uses the Marriott St. Louis Grand parking.
What to Pack/What to Wear
Bring business cards - One is required when you check-in onsite at NAYDO registration for a chance on a free 2026 NAYDO Conference Registration. Many exhibitors are raffling prizes, and workshop speakers may request them as well.
Dress for the conference is business casual with these exceptions:
