Parking is complimentary at overflow hotels except LaQuinta which charges $10 per day and at the Marriott Courtyard $16 per day.
Airport Transportation
Plan to fly into Denver International Airport, located approximately 15 minutes from the Gaylord Resort and Conference Center.
Take ride sharing option to and from the Gaylord hotel as there is no shuttle available from the Gaylord Rockies. Uber and Lyft are recommended. A Supershuttle is also available.
Overflow hotels offer shuttles from the airport.
If you decide to go to downtown Denver:
RTD A Line. 8 stops from Denver International Airport to Downtown Denver’s Union Station. 37-minute train ride.
What to Pack/What to Wear
Bring business cards - One is required when you check-in onsite at NAYDO registration for a chance on a free 2025 NAYDO Conference Registration, but many exhibitors are raffling prizes and workshop speakers may request them as well.
Dress for the conference is business casual with these exceptions:
- Wednesday YMCA Impact Tours and Philanthropy Live! Projects - Casual clothing/closed-toe shoes
- Fitness Activities
- Friday Party - Wear your favorite team's jerseys - any sport will do
