Start each morning with a simple time of prayer and reflection led by Josh Heaston, Director of Christian Mission, YMCA of Greater Indianapolis.

ACTIVE Network NAYDO 5K Canal Walk/Run  - New in 2019

Start Times: 1:00, 1:30 or 2:00 pm (choice of 3 start times)
End Time:  3:00 pm
Enjoy a casual three-mile loop along downtown’s beautiful Canal Walk. Get an early introduction to everything Indy has to offer and connect with fellow NAYDO attendees before the Opening Reception officially starts the conference at 3:30 pm. Advance Registration is required to participate preferably by March 1; registration will be accepted after that date if space permits. 

Optional Hot Topics to Go!
For those who want to get a head start on learning, a Hot Topic will be provided to any group of workout buddies that would like to talk while they walk. Simply make that request when you check in for the race onsite at ACTIVE Network’s Booths # 40-41, across from NAYDO Registration/Information Center on Level 3.

LaBlast Dance Fitness is exercise based on Ballroom dancing and it’s partner-free! All the dances together are a true body workout: Cardio, Endurance, Weight Training, Plyometrics and Interval Training. Learn dances such as Jive, Disco, Lindy Hop, Quick Step, Paso Doble, Samba, Foxtrot, Rumba, Viennese Waltz, Salsa, Tango, Cha Cha and Hustle!

Meet at Bus Check-In Station near Room 108 in time to depart at 6:15 am for a ride to the Irsay Family Y at CityWay. This class is a blend of ballet barre fitness and Pilates inspired movements. All this is done at a calorie burning pace. This dynamic workout not only burns fat but also tones and elongates your muscles. You’ll be back in plenty of time for breakfast before the Round 4 workshops.
